Our Achievements

1. Residential Training of Trainers (ToT) and Training of Participants (ToP) programmes on Advanced Caregiving and Advanced Domestic Housekeeping for migrant workers to GCC markets under the IGRS programme and to European markets respectively.
2. Nursing Care Skills and Japanese Language residential training programmes under the Specified Skilled Worker (SSW) Programme of the Government of Japan.
3. Soft Skills and Language training programmes (online) for the youth in Sri Lanka.
4. Training programme on soft skills and English language for students at NYSC on the LMS Platform.
5. Professional English training programmes such as Occupational English Test (OET) and Computer Based Test (CBT) for nurses.
6. Assistance services for Monitoring and Evaluation process of the many ToT and ToP Programmes and securing placements for On-the-Job Training (OJT).
7. Cordial collaboration with the Sri Lanka Foreign Employment Bureau (SLBFE), National Apprentice and Industrial Training Authority (NAITA), National Youth Services Council (NYSC) and the private sector .
8. Maintaining supervisory collaboration with the Tertiary and Vocational Education Commission (TVEC) of Sri Lanka the apex state regulatory body for TVET in Sri Lanka , as TWY is mainly coordinating and targeting the vocational training in Sri Lanka.
